How do I find a price for an item?
- Every item is listed with a Manufactures List Price and Your Cost which is the price you pay when you browse the product page.
- Example: (Part Number) 351ACCTS50S + ( Manufactures List Price) = MSRP Price $225.00 + (Discount Price)=Your Cost $184.50 + (Percentage of Discount)=(Savings 18%).
- You can easily find product pricing using the search feature. type in the name of the product you want and the price appears to the right of the description. Click here and type in the letters "DLS" or "Iota". Uppercase or Lower case works the same way.

How can I get a shipping quote?
- You can add the items you require a shipping quote for to your shopping cart then complete the required information. To complete your order click on the "Send Order" button, otherwise you can print or save the quote for future reference.
Shipping Tips:
- Domestic Orders: Select the UPS shipping method you want based on your location and our nearest distribution center. East Coast or West Coast. We ship to Hawaii and Alaska by UPS Air Freight methods only.
- International Orders: If you are outside the Continental United States add the items you want to order to your shopping cart + select UPS Worldwide Expedited or UPS Worldwide Express as your preferred shipping method.
- Canadian Orders: For Canadian Customers select UPS "Canada Standard" as your preferred options.
- Export Shipments are sent with required Certificate of Origin documentation. International customers are responsible for customs duties and VAT taxes as applicable once the order arrives. We regularly ship to Scandinavia, Europe, Caribbean Islands, Japan, Germany, Ireland, UK, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Italy, Greece, Iceland, Greenland, UAE.

How do I get a Shipping Quote when my order weighs more than 150 lbs.?
- Certain items including quantity orders for individual items that weigh more than 150 lbs. such as power center products and some batteries require do not calculate automatically, when you order is complete a shipping quote will be generated and sent to your email address for approval. This includes all orders that require truck freight .

When will my order ship?
- Shipping occurs daily to all points domestically and internationally from both our West and East Coast distribution centers or the manufacture depending on the product type or system. Normal shipping days are Monday through Friday. Distribution centers and manufactures direct services are not open on week ends or holidays. We stock over 1000 components for immediate shipment, subject to approval. Normal processing and approval period is 24-72 hours (normal business hours) based on the time of day the order is placed ( AM/PM) for all orders over $100.00 US Dollars and quantity orders. Priority shipment options are subject to normal business hours schedules and may be subject to a 24 hour lead time irregardless of the priority shipping method you selected during checkout.

What happened? I thought I placed an order but never received a confirmation!
- The most common reason #1 is that the customer did not click the "send order" button at the end of the order checkout process.
- The most common reason #2 is that the customer did not enter his or her email address correctly or is using a "free" email service that has become full and will not accept any more email messages.
- The most common reason #3 is that you are behind a corporate firewall that may block certain information.
- The most common reason #4 is that you attempted to enter information that was flagged by the credit card fraud scanning process.
- TIPS: Take your time and fill all information out completely, if you receive an error review your information and the information required in the drop down menu selections to ensure that you have entered all information correctly and that you have included both your shipping address information and billing information if you do not use Microsoft or Yahoo Wallet features to order online that automatically fill this type of information in for you.
